Cancellations & Lateness • Guests wishing to change or cancel their bookings must provide a minimum of 72 hours notice or a cancellation fee will apply • Clients who fail to show will be charged in full • While we’ll do whatever we can to accommodate clients, late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time • Management reserves the right to amend any of the details or prices at any time without prior notice
